Bulltrapp is a read-only portfolio tracker for crypto and stocks. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Beta Program
Bulltrapp is currently in public beta. Here's what that means for you:
What Beta Means
You're using an early version of Bulltrapp. We're actively building and improving features based on real user feedback. This means you get early access to new capabilities, but the experience may not be as polished as a final release.
No Warranty During Beta
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that all features will work perfectly. Occasional bugs, sync delays, or data discrepancies may occur.
Our Data Commitment
Even in beta, your security is our priority. All API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We use read-only access for exchanges and wallets. Your portfolio data is stored securely in Firebase with strict access rules. We never share your data with third parties.
Reporting Issues
Found a bug or have feedback? Use the feedback button in the app, email us at hello@bulltrapp.com, or reach out on Twitter @bulltrapp. Your input directly shapes the product!
Beta Service Disclaimer
Bulltrapp is in active development. This means:
- •Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
- •You may encounter bugs or temporary service interruptions
- •Your feedback helps us improve — please report issues!
- •While we strive for accuracy, data during beta may have occasional discrepancies
What Bulltrapp Does
Our service provides:
- •Portfolio tracking across exchanges and wallets
- •Read-only access — we never trade or move your funds
- •Unified view of all your holdings in one place
- •Price alerts and notifications
- •P&L tracking, allocation charts, and performance metrics
Bulltrapp is not a financial advisor. We provide data visualization, not investment advice.
Your Responsibilities
When using Bulltrapp, you agree to:
- •Keep your exchange API keys secure and use read-only permissions
- •Provide accurate information when creating your account
- •Use the service for legal purposes only
- •Not attempt to abuse, hack, or overload our systems
- •Maintain only one account per person
Limitations & Disclaimers
Please understand:
- •We don't guarantee 100% uptime or data accuracy
- •Price data comes from third-party APIs and may be delayed
- •Nothing on Bulltrapp constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice
- •You're responsible for your own investment decisions
- •We're not responsible for exchange API issues or outages
Account Termination
Regarding account termination:
- •You can delete your account anytime from Settings
- •We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- •When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed
- •We'll try to notify you before any account action (unless required by law)
Intellectual Property
A few notes on ownership:
- •Your data remains yours — we're just storing it to provide the service
- •The Bulltrapp name, logo, and application code belong to us
- •If you submit feedback, we may use it to improve the service
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Bulltrapp evolves:
- •We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice
- •Continuing to use Bulltrapp after changes means you accept the new terms
- •We encourage you to review this page periodically
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service (if any)
- •We provide the service on a 'best effort' basis
